You will report to the Head of PMO and be part of a dynamic department. The department is characterized by strong teamwork, high professionalism, commitment, a systematic approach, mutual respect, and humor.
You will be responsible for collaboration with selected key clients, such as Ford, Mercedes, VW, Toyota, Nissan, and others.
You will be responsible for managing development projects from the agreement with the customer to the handover to production. You will be in charge of daily communication and coordination with customers and suppliers. Your task is to ensure that the customer’s requirements are conveyed and met as effectively and promptly as possible. You will have a wide range of interactions within the organization and must be able to collaborate across different departments while respecting various areas of expertise.
You must be able to independently drive projects and achieve excellent results. The work takes place in a varied environment where it is essential to maintain an overview and make daily prioritizations.
We have close cooperation with development departments not only in Denmark but also in Australia, Thailand, and the USA. Due to the international collaboration, flexibility is important to facilitate effective cooperation across time zones.
The Right Profile:
- With a background as an engineer or similar, you are technically well-rounded and solution-oriented, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing both short and long-term development projects.
- You can manage a project in a structured manner regarding time, budget, and quality. You work independently, are analytically strong, systematic, structured, and accustomed to working according to technical standards.
- It is a great advantage if you have worked in a manufacturing company and appreciate the close relationship it provides with customers and projects.
- You take ownership of your projects from start to finish, and you work precisely both on the big picture and down to the details.
- In this role, you will have a broad international network, so you must be proficient in English at a high level.
- Experience with the APQP project management model and familiarity with Antura and C5 are advantageous but not required.
